I’ll send you a meal plan designed to feed two adults that will provide enough leftovers for at least four lunches over the week. Meet Chef Rachel

 
 

Rachel has been working in kitchens all over the world for almost 20 years.

From high end commercial kitchens to cooking for celebrities and touring with rock bands and even personal chef work in private residences, her career has taken her through a great many styles and cuisines. She has now shifted her focus to the challenges of nourishing her own family.

As the kitchens changed, so has Rachel's approach. While enjoyment is still important, there is a need to be balanced with healthy food. And the two don't need to balance each other out.

Planning, procuring and preparing healthful and delicious meals at home day in day out in addition to all of your other daily tasks is exhausting, no matter how much experience you have.

That's why Rachel created 1 Eighty Kitchen.
