I am a realist, life doesn’t always allow time to make super complex fancy breakfasts and some mornings you need a little bit of sugar so I always have a light granola in the house. I generally choose one without fruit because that drives up the sugar percentage and I prefer to add fresh fruit instead. But luckily for me we also have homemade granola at work which is perfect for those days when I haven’t had time to prepare my own brekky at home.
The recipe is just for 1 serve but by default, you will naturally get enough for multiple serves.
Mangoes are coming into season but when I don’t have lush ingredients like blueberries and mangoes I just add banana
What you’ll need
1 cup of toasted muesli
1/2 mango
1/2 packet of blue berries
1 cup of almond milk
