Eggs are a perfect for breakfast or snack choice when wanting something that has a little protein and doesn’t pack a lot of calories, if you are going to have some for breakfast then why not save some time and boil up extra to have on hand in the fridge for easy snacks on the go.

6 medium sized eggs


Prep

Eggs are super easy to do just bring a small pot of water to the boil, gently very gently use a slotted spoon to ease the eggs into the pot and cook for 7 minutes then strain off the hot water and run under a cold tap until they are cool enough to peel. (leave them in the shell if you want to keep them in the fridge for a snack).
