Carrot and Celery Juice with Orange and Ginger

This juice looks and tastes a little bit too healthy, because it is. But it is a cleanser juice so I was reluctant to add any more fruit, and I kinda like that it doesn’t taste delicious as it makes it feel like your being good by drinking it. We have a cold pressed juicer so the yield of juice wasn’t as much as I was hoping it filled up 5 small jars but I would say that it would be better to make it into 3 large glasses.
What you’ll need
3/4 bunch of celery
8 medium sized carrots
5 oranges
1 small chunk of ginger
Prep and Cook
Make Juice
Wash all the veggies well and chop down into a size that will easily fit into your juicer, peel the oranges but leave the skin on the carrot and ginger.
Juice everything and drink straight away.
