Green smoothie
This is one of my go to morning brekkies. When I was a stay at home mum, me and my little boy would have have one of these almost every day. This is a really easy smoothie to make because it isn’t over complicated with ingredients. It is as simple as Wham bam in the Blitzer and it’s ready to go, if it was overly complicated reality is I just wouldn’t make it.
My little boy loves these so much that his little hands were in there before mummy could even get the photo done, Love mum life! Hate mess! But I am actually loving the creative spill look……Thanks bub xx
What you'll need
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1 large handful baby spinach leaves
1 tablespoon hemp powder
200ml unsweetened oat milk
4 ice cubes
PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE PUT ENOUGH INGREDIENTS IN THE SHOPPING LIST FOR 5 SMOOTHIES
Variations
If you have the time then why not get creative, throw in some macca powder or a spirulina blend, chia seeds or a nut butter go "super food' crazy.
Prep and Cook
Peel the banana and pop into the blender, peel the avocado and remove the stone, blitz together with the spinach, hemp and milk.
Blitz till smooth.
