Week 5

It’s the final count down da da dur dur dada da da dur……… If you were to spell the anthem to “Rocky” surely it would read like that right?

As we have been moving through the week I feel like momentum has been building and progress has definitely been made hooray! It would be fair to say I got off to a rocky start and wasn’t terribly disciplined for the first two weeks but the last two weeks I have been very strong even with dining out so I am pretty chuffed that the scales have finally done a decent enough jump. This week is our final week so I am stepping it up a little and going pretty lean with the dinners I am also dropping my lunch for a protein shake instead, but I am leaving lunch leftover options in the menu so if you need them they will be there.

You can swap out the breakfasts for any previous ones that you preferred but I would stick to the fruit on Monday so that day is just a fruit and veg day.
