Week 4 baby

I am absolutely loving feeling like things are back on track, whilst I haven’t dropped as much weight as I would like I can see the difference in my body, feel the difference in my clothes and that has the knock-on effect of making me feel better in general. One thing I have really noticed throughout this is how much my self discipline had slipped especially with snacking and grazing at work, so call me crazy but I am enjoying the sense of control. You can expect to feel a bit hungry this week, just make sure you keep up your fluid intake and have plenty of healthy snacks on hand like nuts, and fruit. If you need a little something which I generally do once a month then some dark chocolate is a perfect treat.
