1st week done and dusted

Hope you guys loved the breakfast suggestions, sometimes I find it can be a bit hard to start on something new. It is probably worth mentioning that whilst all the breakfast photos look really pretty they are literally whipped up in about 2-5 minutes and my reality vs my photos probably don’t look quite the same. I have taken to travelling my overnight oats in a small food thermos and porridge is generally a piled up throw together so don’t be shy to try, if you order the ingredients and have everything ready to go you’ll be blitzing up new breakfasts with your eyes closed before you know it.
