Week 3 Slim Down
Week 3 hump week
I am going to call this hump week because we are over the half way mark when we get to the end of week 3, which feels pretty bloody good. You will notice that there is a little bit of repetition in the breakfasts because, in all honesty that is how I roll with breakfast, I generally don’t veer too far. Snacks this week have been rice crackers with almond butter, carrots, eggs and nuts. I am also trying to get my quota of water in daily but I am pretty frickin useless at this one, so best of luck to you, oh and only two vodka sodas this week…..woah go me xx
